I was BLOWN AWAY by the customer service. My many emails were answered quickly with clear answers - as this was our first golf cart purchase we had a lot of questions. We felt like we were dealing with a friend instead of your typical pushy sales team most are used to. We got exactly what we wanted - and it was delivered quickly after being built. We had a small financing hiccup and they even emailed me while they were on vacation to help me get it resolved. I have zero complaints - they were great to work with. I purchased a top from them for my father's 1992 E-Z-GO, they went out of their way to get it for us, and ensure we had everything to install the top, with a couple of free pointers. Bought a new L6 and love the cart. Had a few issues right out of the gate, which can be expected with motorized units. Nick & Bill came and picked it up from my house on a Saturday ( a day that they are closed) got it repaired and back to me the same day. These guys do what they say and are serious about customer service. Good news is we are still able to take our new golf cart on vacation with us this next week. Thank you Leisure Time Golf Cars.
